PropTypes error from material-ui for React 16 #37

mobx-delorean's material-ui requirement is still at 0.16.7, which uses React.PropTypes and breaks when apps are upgraded to React 16.

Updating material-ui to 0.17.4 or newer should fix this problem, although I haven't tested it.
