There is a difference between the remotely connected server and the local theme.

Additional context
If I open a python script after connecting to the server via SSH, the One Dark Pro theme is not applied properly. How do I fix these differences?

Both SSH and User set the same theme.

maybe you didn't install some python extensions in you remote server
