[Feature]: print alert log to console?

current we could send to slack, just wondering if it possible to print the alert log to the console as well?

Motivation, pitch

instead of relying on litellm for the alert, most of orgs already have log solution platform such as ELK, splunk, when log are collected, they could create alert on demand.
