Way for individuals to post directly to the calendar (possible permissions?)

We need a way for individuals in the community to post events directly to the community calendar. We also need a way (based on our content management strategy) to store them and delete them from an admin level if we need to.

Depending on your hosting this can be made easier too, like Netlify, DigitalOcean, AWS... however I know a good form library Formik.
