Thanks - glad to know I'm not the only one! I found that a complete reboot of my system brought it back. Still no idea why it was gone in the first place though. I'll definitely keep these tips in mind if it comes up again. |

I'm running Debian 8 with i3wm, and when I launch Docear, I can't see the references panel. There's no little arrow bar that would allow me to expand the panel. This is really strange, because it was there before, and I'm not aware of having changed anything. As far as I can tell, there's no way to explicitly open/close the reference manager without that bar.
