Feature Request: Game setting export/import

This feature would allow a user to export/import all their SotA relate settings to make it simple to transfer their install to a new system, backup the settings, etc.

It looks like the settings for Windows are stored in the registry, so this would be very difficult to implement in a cross-platform way (Linux, Mac OS, Windows, Windows through Steam Play on Linux).
