[Suggestion] Add a command to check username history #895

Perhaps an option like /bmnames could show a list of previous usernames a player has used.

I considered making my own plugin for this but I feel it would fit nicely with ban manager.

This seems out of scope within BM itself, but perhaps it could be supported as an addon plugin
