There are a lot of azdev-* variables https://github.com/search?q=repo%3AAzure%2Fazure-dev+%22azdev-%22&type=code which are mostly configuration data and should be inline in the yaml files.

The values that are actually secrets should be converted to use some form of managed identity.

Others to add to the list:

  • docker-mirror-tag-prefix
