Repro Steps:

  1. Hit this URL: https://azure.github.io/awesome-azd/.
  2. Tab till all the top navigation controls.
  3. Tab till "Search text field" and give any search.
  4. Tab to clear search button and press enter now press tab.
  5. Now verify the issue that "Skip to main content' control is not defined within first three interactive controls or not.

Actual Result:

"Skip to main content' control is not defined within first three interactive controls.

Expected Result:

"Skip to main content' control should be defined within first three interactive controls.

User Impact:

Keyboard users will face difficulty to navigate to main content without navigating repetitive content present in the page.
