Alliance/Organization Tool

There is no way to group countries into military alliances outside of diplomacy tool
Large scale worlds with lots of countries could use a way to color them based on alliances and possibly add labels to the alliances.

Solution
Add an "Alliance" tool in order to group nations into larger organizations in order to clearly signify alliances with a filter. Rather than using complicated diplomacy tab.

Alternatives
Add a more simple tool within the diplomacy tab to group nations into alliances.
