Describe the bug

The same window title bar property settings have different presentation forms in Windows and Linux
ExtendClientAreaToDecorationsHint="True"
ExtendClientAreaChromeHints="NoChrome"
ExtendClientAreaTitleBarHeightHint="-1"
The title bar is hidden in Windows, but it has no effect in Linux

Not all linux distros support this feature. Please provide OS info.
