Similar issue here - 8438233-zen However, this is on the TwentyFourteen theme. |
I was able to replicate this using all bundled themes up to TwentyFifteen. TwentySixteen or newer bundled themes work ok. |

Quick summary
While on Safari, the Comment Form is not responding if "Enable blocks in comments" is enabled on Discussion Settings.
I am unable to replicate the issue on other Classic themes.

The form doesn't respond, and unable to enter comment.
