Multiple Classic Themes: Comment Form not Responding when Blocks in Comments in Enabled while on Safari #7931

Quick summary

While on Safari, the Comment Form is not responding if "Enable blocks in comments" is enabled on Discussion Settings.

I am unable to replicate the issue on other Classic themes.

Steps to reproduce

  1. Go to this path: Settings → Discussion, and enable "Enable blocks in comments." on the "Comments" section.
  2. Visit a blog post on Safari browser.
  3. Click "Leave a Comment" to enter a comment.

What you expected to happen

The editable form will respond for me to enter my comment.

What actually happened

The form doesn't respond, and unable to enter comment.

Impact

Some (< 50%)

Available workarounds?

No and the platform is unusable

Similar issue here - 8438233-zen

However, this is on the TwentyFourteen theme.

I was able to replicate this using all bundled themes up to TwentyFifteen. TwentySixteen or newer bundled themes work ok.

Another issue here: 8450178-zd-a8c, also with the Hemingway Rewritten theme. I recommended that they turn off "Enable blocks in comments."
