Quick summary

When adding a new Page with the Twenty-Twenty One theme activated, the first layout preview is mis-formatted.

Steps to reproduce

  1. enable Mobile viewport using browser dev tools.
  2. navigate to Pages > Add new.
  3. wait for the layout preview modal to load.

What you expected to happen

The title block for the first preview is formatted with multi-character wide width.

What actually happened

The title block for the first layout is single-character wide.
