msfs-gltf export tool not showing in export options

Current Behavior

msfs-gltf export tool not showing in export options after i had to reinstall windows, i never had any problems before

Expected Behavior

for the tool to show up in my options

Steps To Reproduce

Environment

- OS:windows11
- Blender:3.3.19
- glTF-Blender-IO-MSFS:

@WhazoPremier it has NEVER shown in the import / export prompt.

The exporter works through its own tab in the 3D window. Press N and look on the right to the panels
