Would it be possible to make the dismount troops keybind work from remote control but only for transport
troops, not crew?

First of all, there is already a keybind in Zeus for ejecting the cargo troops (by default "V").
Secondly, how would you select the vehicle for which you want the cargo to dismount? Are you supposed to drive it? Are you pointing your cursor (crosshair) on the vehicle?
