Describe the bug
RecordNotFound.

To Reproduce
not 100%:

1. add a new page document（Chinese） 'PC appflowy V0.6.9' ，close appflowy。
2. Open appflowy on another pc on a different network and syn..
3. syn failed, show 'code: RecordNotFound
   msg: Record not found:Can't find the row for query: QueryCollab { object_id: "6d993f52-ca3d-4d56-884c-be9a64aaad03", collab_type: Document }'
4. But，syn is successful when opening both appflowy the same page at the same time
