Problem you may be having, or feature you want

Sometimes I hear podcasts before going to sleep and when I fall asleep and the episode ends, it is deleted (because I have that option activated). It would be cool, if AntennaPod could not delete the episode at that moment, so that I can rewind the episode the next morning without searching and downloading it again.

Suggested solution

I was wondering if the sleep timer could just end one second before the end of an episode if it is the last one in the playlist (and especially if the user has deselected continuous playing). This way I do not need to calculate the exact time to the end of the episode with respect to my playback speed and can safely listen to podcasts before falling asleep.

Maybe as an enhancement to #2146 ?

I don't think enhancing the sleep timer to work around a missing feature in the auto-delete functionality is a good idea. What you are actually looking for is probably #746.
