HookPlusPlus is a library that can detour function calls, and, as such, can be used for malicious purposes.

As the GPL v3.0 states, Analog Feelings cannot be held liable for any damage caused by the usage of this library, including malware use.

So please, don't come to me crying when some script kiddie uses this in their malware and breaks your PC.
