Disabling or enabling an accordion panel in the react customheaders example also triggers a transition (if it is already expanded).

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to https://amadeusitgroup.github.io/AgnosUI/main/react/samples/bootstrap/#/accordion/customheaders
2. Click on 'Third panel' (to expand it)
3. Click on 'Disable third'

Disabling the panel also triggers a transition.

Expected behavior
The third panel is simply disabled with no transition.

Desktop:

• OS: Ubuntu Linux
• Browser: Firefox
• Version: 124

Additional context
Note that the issue only happens with react, it does not happen either with angular or svelte.
