Currently it is impossible to score such play - two outs, but interrupted by a bad throw of SS to 1B

Some explicit "no DP" must be added to distinguish between regular DPs and non-DP plays.

Two/three out shall always be connected by a "not-double-arrow"

According to my understanding, when the play is interrupted by an error, you cannot connect the outs. On the other hand you should notify the reader those outs happen during the same play. So we can use this double-arrow that connects consecutive plays like multiple SBs.
