Cannot scroll up on mobile web interface [ESP01]

What happened?

When using the web interface on mobile I cannot scroll up. The swipe initiates a page refresh from any point on the screen rather that just at the very top.

To Reproduce Bug

Go to web interface on mobile and scroll down on the effects page, try to scroll up.

Expected Behavior

I would expect to scroll up instead of refreshing the page.

That is a shortcoming of hotspot login interface on some Android phones.
