Usermods compile confidence testing on 0.15.0

I did some random quick confidence testing for usermods compile on github on latest 0.15.0 as of today which is requested by @softhack007 and some failed to compile due to libs conflict . I do not own some of the HW to test functionality so did not try to track a fix

This is not a full list but thought to keep one post for those we tested already . Failed usermods are :
quinled-an-penta
sensors_to_mqtt

Other usermods that fails to compile and we have the HW to test functionality will be logged separately as we might be able to find a fix for them but will take some time to test .
