Issue Details

Steps to reproduce:
1.Acess router.asus.com or 192.168.2.1.
2. failed
3.

Expected Behavior

router web-interface can be opened and it's not being filtered by AdGuard.
Exclusion rules affect local network address

Actual Behavior

With AdGuard enabled, the average website latency is around 430 ms
Deactivate AdGuard, the average website latency is around 30ms
