Current Behavior

I would like to put a password on AdAway so my kids can't disable the ad blocking. Currently it seems this is not possible.

Expected Behavior

I've got young kids, using AdAway in VPN mode, I'd like to make it so they can't disable the blocking.

I would expect that if a password were set, a user would need to type in the password in order to start, stop or change the settings of AdAway.

Steps To Reproduce

Device Configuration

  • AdAway version: 6.1.1
  • Ad-blocker mode: VPN
  • Device: Motorola One 5G Ace
  • Android version: 11
