All software, scripts and other information (collectively, “Materials”) contained in the repositories in the Actifio organization (the “Actifo Repositories”), unless otherwise specified, are licensed under the terms of MIT License (located at https://opensource.org/licenses/MIT). Actifio has no obligation to provide any support for the Materials.

These terms of use constitute a legal agreement regarding your use of the Materials and the Actifio Repositories. BY ACCESSING OR USING ANY MATERIALS, YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THESE TERMS.

Note: Actifio, Inc. has no responsibility or liability whatsoever for any software, files, data or other information posted by others in any Actifio Repositories (“Posted Materials”). Actifio has no obligation to monitor the Actifio Repositories, but reserves the right to remove any Posted Materials in its sole discretion. Actifio does not guarantee the accuracy, copyright compliance, legality, integrity, quality, or decency of Posted Materials.

All users of the Actifio Repositories agree that they:

  1. possess all necessary rights, permissions and consents to make available their Posted Materials posted by them for unrestricted use by other users (and where use is to be restricted, they will clearly note the applicable licensing terms);
  2. must comply with applicable laws, rules and regulations;
  3. have sole responsibility and liability for their Posted Materials and will indemnify, defend and hold Actifio harmless in connection with any such Posted Materials;
  4. may not upload to the Actifio Repositories any (a) computer viruses, worms, spam or anything else designed to interfere with or disrupt the normal operating procedures of a computer or network, or (b) any material which is defamatory, offensive, or of an obscene nature;
  5. may not use the Actifio Repositories to infringe or violate the intellectual property rights or proprietary rights of any third party; and
  6. Will not use Actifio’s name in any capacity or context without Actifio’s prior written consent.

Actifio reserves the right to suspend or terminate a user’s access to the Actifio Repositories at any time, without notice, for any reason whatsoever, and will have no liability associated with exercising this right. ACTIFIO WILL HAVE NO LIABILITY FOR ANY SPECIAL, INDIRECT, DIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES OF ANY KIND, REGARDLESS OF THE BASIS OF THE CLAIM AND EVEN IF IT HAS BEEN ADVISED OR IS AWARE OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
