Hello!

When uploading my export, I get "That is not a Slack Export file. Please try again"

Where is this determining that this is not a slack file? Can you elaborate on what this is looking for in the upload?

I get the same error. The zip directory I get is attached to check. If I unzip and look through it, it is structured how I would expect, with one folder for each channel and a JSON file for each day's messages within that channel folder.

@conjon42 So, the problem with your export seems to be that it's missing a users.json file. That's the one thing I specifically check in Stepper.vue.
I'll think about allowing exports without that file and just displaying placeholder users or something. For now, you could check if there's anything in Slack's admin interface you can do to get an export containing all users.
