上传文档设置分段规则时，当前仅支持最大分段长度。期望同时设置最小分段长度。解释性文档常会有类似标题名的分段，很容易将这种较短且无意义的内容添加进知识库。

感谢反馈，我们后续考虑一下在高级分段中分段长度加个最小长度。
