Problem Description

在应用演示窗口执行新建对话后，上传文档，文档提取失败

Steps to Reproduce

设计了一个直接提取文档内容的工作流应用，然后通过演示进行测试，第一次上传文档是可以正常提取的，然后点击左边新建对话，再次上传文档，提示「抱歉，没有查找到相关内容，请重新描述您的问题或提供更多信息。」

重新刷新Web页面后，又正常。
