How do you undo this?

I want to remove my raid1 and make it a raid 5, but I cannot seem to destroy the raid 1 and when I rerun the script I get this error:

Is it a ASM2824 switch chip NVME adapter card that takes 4 NVMe drives?

Does the following command return FX2422N ?

To add context - I'm using custom hardware running Xpenology (TCRP). Running AMD based MB with a Sabrent controller. I had four drives in it and it detected all 4 - 2 4TB drives and 2 1TB drives. It worked great for the RAID 1 on the 4TB drives (did nothing with the 1TB drives.) I then removed the 1TB drives and added another 4TB drive. Tried everything to run your script, reformat, delete, etc and nothing. It's like they are locked. I almost thought the controller went bad, but I popped it in my Windows PC and everything was detected and worked. Deleted the partitions, put it back in the Synology box (Xpenology), and the same issue.
